  Friendly & helpful staff, were willing to give me a freebie to solve a problem with one of their products. This is the kind of service you long for at any other music shop, unfortunately the service you actually receive usually makes you wish you just brought it online, not at Balaam's!! 100% recommend!!

  Helpful staff. It's fun to browse the sheet music. Could have a larger range of instruments (I was there to try out some flutes, they had 2 in my price range for an intermediate) but I understand that they probably don't sell that many! I've also had my Saxophone serviced there, and the guy doing it was very knowledgeable. I only wish we had one in Newmarket, I'd probably never leave!
