  Desira are an absolute bunch of cowboys and rip off merchants. Non existent customer service and about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Just after your money and will lie and cheat you to get as much from you as possible. Never heard of a garage that doesnt advise their customers during a service of recommended work that should be done as per manufactures guidelines and then state it is down to the customer. Lies about faults on your car. Stories change every other day to suit. Lies about recalls and doesnt inform the customer of recall notices on their vehicle. Stay away from this crew!!!!!
