  After receiving vouchers thought the post, that appear to give an extra "£400" off, we went to dfs in bury St edmunds. We then asked a member of staff how the vouchers worked and if we could us all the vouchers on a sofa having not read the small print. We were then spoken to in an condescending manner, and asked if we really thought dfs would "just give stuff away". I then explained how we had not read the fine print on the actual vouchers, but only go by what the envelope it's self said. We found his attitude to be rude and arrogant, as my self and my wife may look younger than we are, ( In our 30's) this is no reason so speak to people like children.
