Closed Boxing Day phoned before we made the 45 min journey line was engaged so must be open nothing mentioned on their website or phone line. Phoned Norwich branch said they would be open. Got to Bury paid for parking very disappointed was shut! Fuming beyond words wasted journey and money. Won’t be buying from an Ernest Jones again how come one store can be open and another closed yet are the same chain! Poor very poor!!
