  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to spend £45 on a tile sample (I don't mind this in itself on the basis I was told I can return it for a full refund). The website makes it clear you have 60 days to return for a full refund. However, went to return it after 45 days and told that they will not refund under any circumstances as outside the 28 day period. This notwithstanding they still stock the tiles I was trying to return. Have tried repeatedly to contact customer services but no answer. Was going to place an order for alternative product with them but will avoid like the plague!
