  Our existing wooden conservatory had developed serious rot and we realised that we would have to bite the bullet if we still wanted to enjoy the experience of 'being outside' but within a protective capsule! As we had already had F & C supply our old conservatory with new patio doors and our daughter had her entire house windows and doors replaced we new that F & C would 'do a good job'. We were not disappointed. What a stunning result. They even used the old patio doors (which were almost new)to reduce costs. After flooring and new lounge furniture it is now our Garden room. Thank you F & C for such a good job and thanks to your polite and professional workers.

  Very poor service. Came and fitted windows and front door, no restrictors on windows as requested and split spindle on door - we were told a problem in factory but they would bring them out tomorrow. The next day they finished the job but restrictors were unavailable. A week or so later someone else comes out with the wrong ones and left. Today (another couple of weeks on) someone came and said he didn’t think he needed 8, luckily he did have just 8 and managed to do the job. Not the wonderful service we were promised - expected better.
