Wanted to test drive 2 cars but were told that they don't do test drives unless you are certain you want the car. This meant we went else where and purchased a car later that day. If they had just let us test drive 2 cars we would most likely chosen one of them and bought it there and then. Very bad service. All other garages we have been to over the past week had no problem with us taking a test drive and even suggested it before we asked. A few lessons in customer service are definitely needed here.
