Store layout is now much better than it used to be but still needs some thought. Some of the newer staff actually seem to be human and are quite helpful but there's still a few rotten apples! At busy times, it can be very difficult to park close by especially if you want to buy something bulky or heavy. Parking management is pathetic and seriously needs looking at. Although this not controlled by Homebase they do need to give some input into the layout.
