  Excellent through and through, the stoves aren't cheap, but thats because they're from the best brands and will last forever. Our 7kw wood burning stove was installed for very little extra and works amazingly, we've never had a problem.

  CONTRACT FITTERS ARE GREAT! BUT........ due to unforeseen problem with chimney breast the costs of having fitters come out another day to complete the job has increased by another £500! £200 for materials have been agreed with Company but there seems little point in sending someone out to inspect the area, then give a QUOTE, which apparently is not a quote, but an estimate which means if there are any problems that may arise during fitting, the increased costs are the customers responsibility. Very disappointed as the costs of installing our wood-burner was almost £4,900 but is now over £5,300. It has left a very sour taste in our mouths.

  It is always difficult to make positive reviews about work carried out by the majority of companies, as, invariably, something occurs along the way, it may be an issue, that you are not totally happy about. From day one, this company and every single member of its staff, have been an absolute joy to deal with. What they promise, is sincerely carried through, with total professionalism, adhering to all required expectations, as stipulated, from the off. The installation was faultless, neat and tidy. The after sales, was the icing on the cake, always ready to discuss any concern that one may have, appertaining to the stove and the workings of. An absolute spot-on choice of companies.
