  This was the worst customer service I have ever received. The products themselves are very beautiful invitations however, I ordered these in June and I still have not received all of the envelopes for the invitations. Originally the dispatch time was meant to be 2-4 days, but mine weren't delivered until 3.5 weeks later. At no point in this did the company initiate contact with me to explain that there was a supplier issue and had actually noted it down on their system as dispatched. I was given multiple dates for delivery, none of which were realised and palmed off with excuses as to how it wasn't their issue as they weren't in the production team. After writing a email of complaint to the company I finally received my invitations but without the full number of envelopes. I tried calling the company and left voicemails all of which went unanswered. Eventually I sent a signed for formal letter of notice of reporting the company to Trading Standards , but was returned undelivered as the addressee had gone away!! The invitations are lovely and the price is reasonable for wedding invitations, but the customer service is appalling and has caused so much stress that it beggers belief. Will never use this company again!
