  Terrible. My fiancé and I came to look at wedding rings. When we came in it was empty and so the slightly older lady of the two served us (I assume she was the manager). We sat down and I had mentioned I would like a diamond band. She asked whether we had a budget which we told her that we don't have a price limit. She brought out some rings to try on and I asked her for bigger diamonds to which she replied "mmm I think it will be too expensive for you". I would like to know on what judgement she made that decision as we told her we have no price limit. If she had any knowledge of her product she would have noticed that what I was wearing on my hand was more expensive than she was suggesting. My partner and I are younger than the usual customer and it was snowing so we were dressed in coats and jeans but I don't believe you should judge a customer on looks. We will not be returning to purchase our rings there - or ever again for that matter, while that lady works there. Since our trip I have spoken to many friends and family about that shop and it turns out she has a very rude reputation and I was told definitely not to return.

  We bought both our wedding rings here, an engagement ring and an eternity ring. We don't live in the area and were recommended to go to this shop by a friend. Wow they certainly weren't wrong, great service, lovely staff and very knowledgeable. Debora looked after us and guided down the right road to select the rings we were thinking about. So friendly and helpful on every visit. We even got to met Mr Choudrey the owner, great guy too. We bought some great quality rings at a great price and love them to bits. Thoroughly recommend this quaint, old style Jewellers in Bury St Edmunds.
