- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-09-07, by shirley coelhoAfter several calls to apple support I was advised to take my mac to a store because it was stuck on recovery mode. The store in Cambridge didn't have any availability so I ended up driving for 90 miles to take it to this store. They were very prompt and quick to "repair" it. Went to pick it up and I was stupid enough not to confirm if it was working. I was told it was as new. Get home and it's exactly the same. Stars up in recovery mode and doesn't let me do anything. 1 star is too good.
