  I am writing on behalf of an elderly lady with health issues - The Lady ordered a bed from World of Beds in Bury St Edmunds - When the bed arrived it was Faulty - She was told that a new bed would be with her within a week - She stripped the bed and waited on the day the new bed should have arrived - the new bed did not arrive and when she phoned the shop she was told it was not going to arrive and that they did not know when a new bed would arrive - She then asked for the Faulty bed to be collected and her money back - This was refused - By this time she was really upset and confused - We phoned the head office on her behalf and was told the same thing by the manager - They will not give a refund because she had agreed to a replacement even though at this point they had not given a definate date. On pushing for a refund the manager still refused and said that the bed would arrive in a week at the latest and hung up on us!! We are waiting to see if this happens - Personally having seen what they have put my friend through and having spoken to the manager I would never buy anything from these people the customer service is appauling.
